Workspro operates VerseInsight. This policy explains in plain language what data we use and why.
Data we process
Account and authentication data, study requests and results, plans and progress, usage counts, language, essential technical events, and subscription identifiers when applicable.
How we use it
To authenticate your account, generate and save studies, enforce plan limits, provide support, protect the service, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data.
AI and service providers
Text submitted to generate a study is processed by the AI and infrastructure services configured in Base44. Website payments may use Stripe; mobile apps may use Apple or Google. Each service processes only the data needed for its role.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account exists or as needed for security and legal obligations. You can delete your account and linked data from My space > Delete account, or from the public deletion page.
Security and choices
We use authentication and per-user access rules. No system is infallible; do not include sensitive personal data in study requests.
